His mother says the injuries were so severe; she had to take her son to the hospital. That’s just part of a negligence lawsuit that says the boy was scratched, hit in the face and bitten to the point of drawing blood. It is alleged to have happened in 2017 on a special needs school bus operated by M & M Bus Company – hired by Muncie Community Schools. Both are named in that lawsuit.
