Wes-Del Community Schools has announced the establishment of the Betty J. Clark Foundation. Betty J. Clark was a long-standing member of the Wes-Del community, and prior to her passing in July of 2018, she established the foundation with funding of over 1 million dollars to be used to enhance the academic programs at Wes-Del.
