It’s been a part of Anderson’s history for over 82 years. And now it’s getting a major facelift. Improvements to the Anderson Soap Box Derby track, located at 2nd Street and Madison Avenue, are expected to be complete by the end of the month. The Board of Works has approved a plan to re-pave the racing surface.
