In Anderson, the monthly bill for customers using an average 800 kilowatts will drop by 29 cents in the second quarter of the year. The Anderson Board of Public Works approved the adjustment from the Indiana Municipal Power Agency this week. Currently, the average customer is paying less for electric than they did in 2016 and 2017.
