12 years in prison for a Winchester teen who admitted molesting two 13 year old girls. 19 year old Joseph Loudy had been arrested in December after police were alerted of inapproriate communication via text between Loudy and one of the alleged victims. He later pleaded guilty to two molestation charges, reports the Star Press.
