Rapid Grants Provide Critical Funding In Times Of Trouble

Nearly 20 organizations have received Ball Brothers Foundation’s Rapid Grant program. It allows the foundation to respond quickly to critical community needs. A $3,000 grant helped United Day Care Center to repair a rooftop heating unit that malfunctioned during the bitterly cold month of January. Bridges Community Services had frozen pipes in a downtown housing unit for veterans, seniors, and people with disabilities. Funding in the amount of $3,250 helped to make emergency plumbing repairs.
