Police say he hit her in the head with a baseball bat. 30-year-old Anthony Wayne Power Jr. is facing battery, confinement and interference charges after his wife says he “beat her up, strangled her and hit her with a baseball bat.” He was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $22,500 bond.
