It could bring new life to The Village at Ball State. The university is seeking concepts for developing a vacant city block at the northeast corner of McKinley and University avenues. One long-range plan calls for a potential “mixed-use” building at the site. BSU is hoping the project will bloom into including the entire Village neighborhood.
