A Muncie man nearly killed a woman, say police, after the two were involved in a drug deal gone bad. 44 year old Terry Wayne Miller II is being held without bond on an attempted murder count. Police say the 36 year old victim has a swollen brain, skull injuries, fractured ribs and numerous other injuries. Miller was arrested at a home 1200 block of West 17th Street.
