A traffic stop leads to possession of meth charges for Him and Her. She is also facing felony neglect charges. Indiana State Police pulled the car over for speeding. Inside the car, the trooper found meth and three male juveniles in the back seat. 47-year-old Donald Bousman, of Carthage, and 39-year-old Deena Stephens of Muncie were lodged in the Henry County Jail.
