63 years behind bars for a New Castle man who choked a man which ultimately led to his death. 31-year-old Christopher Brinker was initially charged with attempted murder for the August 2017 attack on 40-year-old Jeb Stuart Jones. Authorities say the injuries sustained by Jones decreased his brain activity and he died a few months later. Brinker entered a guilty plea to murder.
