She was hurt on playground equipment at Tuhey Park and now a young woman is suing. Konnor Koch was hurt on a slide as her foot got caught back in May of 2017. She suffered a fractured ankle that required two plates and a dozen screws. She claims the injury curtailed her involvement in work and recreational activities. She’s suing the Muncie Parks Department.
