He was going over 120 miles per hour eluding police, say authorities, before his car lost control and flipped end over end multiple times in Muncie. 29 year old Dustin Brock Smith faces a slew of charges. He was clocked doing well into three digits on the Muncie Bypass. Police lost sight of his vehicle but he crashed in Henry County on North Prairie Road.
