Six years in prison for a New Castle man who pleaded guilty in the in the beating death of a fellow inmate at the Henry County jail. 38 year old Justin R. Fannin copped a plea to involuntary manslaughter in the 2016 death of 32-year-old Brian L. Gosser. As part of his sentence, Fannin is getting credit for the more than 900 days he’s already served behind bars.
