Enforcement of part of a new Pendleton parking ordinance has been suspended because it appears the law punishes residents for parking on “green space,” that may in fact be their own property. The Herald Bulletin reports that suspending that part of the law will give council members time to review the issue and perhaps develop new wording of the ordinance.
