Muncie’s former building commissioner is now an inmate in a Florida panhandle prison. 40-year-old Craig Nichols had been sentenced in January to two years behind bars on wire fraud and money laundering counts. Nichols is serving his sentence in a minimum-security federal prison camp in Pensacola.
