Sub zero wind chills Thursday morning didn’t stop a group of people from brawling outside on the northside. Officers got to the 1800 block of West Glenn Ellyn Drive to find several cars leaving and several people in the street. Two women were down as the result of a fight. One, identified as 18 year old Isabella Rose Maginn of Carmel, was reportedly combative with officers, hospital staff and jail staff. She was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
