A Winchester man is accused of threatening to harm a Randolph County judge and a Department of Child Services worker, along with members of their families. The Star Press reports 44-year-old Jason A. Gibson is facing two preliminary counts of intimidation, the most serious a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison.
