Testing Seat Belts On School Buses

Franklin Community Schools Transportation officials will soon begin testing to see whether seat belts improve discipline and safety on school buses. A single bus, outfitted with lap-shoulder seat belts, will be inspected by Indiana State Police before it begins transporting students by the end of the month.
