“Legal Empowerment” Panel Discussion Thursday

An examination of the obstacles some populations face in the legal system and possible solutions is being explored at Ball State. A panel discussion on “Legal Empowerment” happens at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Student Center Ballroom. Panelists will take a look at where those obstacles take place in the process and what can be done to curb them.
