Tipton police continue to search for Jay Douglas Dyvig. Saturday morning he walked out of the Tipton County Jail on a promise to return 12 hours later after attending his uncle’s funeral in Chesterfield. Investigators say Dyvig not only reneged on his promise, he never actually went to the funeral.
