A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against the father of a teen accused of shooting 19-year-old Tracy Wheat II. 22-year-old Dillon Jackson isa charged with murder, pointing a firearm and criminal recklessness. The suit claims Michael Jackson, the alleged shooter’s father, was away at the time of the shooting and had given the younger Jackson a combination to his gun safe.
