A Muncie man has been arrested after he was caught on camera destroying a rural Madison County home before burglarizing it. Madison County Sheriff Scott Mellinger says the man in the video has been identified as 57-year-old Darryl E. Rogers of Muncie. He’s charged with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
