He told police he was the ‘Big Boss’ and then tried to steal an officer’s stun gun. Police say 33 year old Robert Lee Robinson of New Castle is charged with disarming a law enforcement officer, battery against a public safety official, dealing in a controlled substance and resisting law enforcement. His run in with police happened when he was stopped on a report of a suspicious vehicle circling the 1700 block of Morton Street at about 3:30 Sunday morning.
