A Hagerstown woman is facing charges after trying to smuggle drugs into the Pendleton Correctional Facility. 57-year-old Sandra Lee Masters is accused of possessing methamphetamine when she visited the prison on January 17th. Masters was preliminarily charged and taken to Madison County Jail without incident.
