Man Leads Cops On Chase With Kid In Car

Muncie Police say they tried to pull him over for a traffic violation; he refused to stop and then lead them on a chase through the city; with a child in the car.  41-year-old Henry Eckford’s license had been suspended for life. He’s facing counts including OWI and violation of a protective order that had been filed by his female passenger.
