The Indiana Tax Court has denied a request for the injunction from Wigwam Holdings concerning the 2015 assessed value of the iconic gym. According to the Herald Bulletin, Wigwam Holdings owes more than 222-thousand dollars in past due property taxes. The president of the group says they plan to pay the taxes and move forward.
