If you have an active, qualifying bench warrant issued out of Delaware County, Surrender to Freedom will take place January 14th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Muncie Mission. The person will not be arrested. Rather, they will be given a date and time to appear before a Judge to formally vacate the warrant and set new dates in the case. Additionally, if the person is suffering from drug or alcohol addiction, there will be advisors and treatment providers on site to help.
