Surveillance footage of two men ripping off a northside convenience store led to the arrests of both, say police. 18 year olds Robert Leroy Rockwell Jr. and Keiton Michael Stacy, were cuffed Thursday night in Hartford City. They’re charged with holding up Riggin Market on N. Broadway Tuesday. They’re each being held on $40,000 bail.
