He is accused severely beating two boys, leaving one with a fractured skull. 27-year-old Jarred Watt of New Castle is facing more than 20 years in prison after being charged in Henry Circuit Court. The boys – ages 4 and 2 – are reportedly the children of Watt’s then-girlfriend.
