One of three defendants charged with rape in an April 2018 incident has been ruled incompetent to stand trial. According to the Herald Bulletin, two court-appointed doctors have determined that 25-year-old Damon Fuller be placed into the custody of the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions for treatment. Upon completion, Fuller will be returned to Madison County and a trial date will be set.
