An 84-year-old Selma woman was struck and killed outside her home on Christmas night. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Department says in happened in the 7800 block of Indiana 32, just east of Muncie. Police confirm that Mary Alice Evans was in the roadway when the vehicle struck her. Drugs or alcohol aren’t considered to be a factor.
