A Madison County sheriff’s deputy has been cited for hunting without the consent of a landowner, failure to possess a residential deer license and not having a properly marked hunting blind. Madison County Sheriff Scott Mellinger says he is waiting for documentation from the supervisor of 28-year-old Patrick Hosier before a determination is made on what, if any, discipline will take place.
