A Winchester man found dead Saturday has been identified as 61-year-old David Brumley. He was found following a welfare check request at his home at 505 West South Street. An autopsy did not reveal a cause of death and toxicology test results are pending. Indiana State Police are still looking for his red 2006 Mustang GT.
