Senator Joe Donnelly made a last minute campaign stop in Muncie on Monday. Senator Donnelly and other state democratic candidates rallied at Vera Mae’s Bistro as part of an election eve push that included stops in South Bend, Fort Wayne, Kokomo and Anderson.
