The high speed chase we reported on this morning on 104.1 WLBC has come to a conclusion. Two suspects are in police custody, after the chase that ended in the Cowan area of Delaware county. The Cowan schools were placed on a precautionary hard lockdown, but we believe that has been lifted. Another clarification: no one was shot – there had been erroneous Internet postings about an officer being injured – that is NOT accurate.
