There will be no charter school run by a nonprofit Michigan group opening in Muncie. The group pulled its application after learning the Indiana Charter School Board intended to recommend that the plan be rejected. There had been a public hearing held on it last week and a vote was scheduled next week. The school would have received some state funding.
