A baby’s crying, say police, led to a teenage Muncie father shaking his young child. 19 year old Daniel Good is under arrest. The resident of the 300 block of South Council Street is charged with battery on a person under the age of 14 and neglect of a dependent. Authorities say it appears the 4 month old boy does not have injuries associated with the incident.
