A Madison County married couple is facing charges for having sex with a teenager. 43-year-old Michael Simpson and 32-year-old Tequilla Simpson have been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Department say the incident with the Summitville couple took place over a period of several months.
