A busy Thanksgiving weekend in Indianapolis: Much of the downtown activity will center on the Circle of Lights ceremony Friday night with an estimated crowd of 100,000. Plus, the IHSAA Football State Championships will bring about extra 30,000 people to Lucas Oil Stadium on Friday and Saturday.
