Two teens in custody after police say they terrorized people with a shotgun on the 800 block of North Jefferson Street at about 6:30 Monday morning. Police caught the 16 year old. The other teen jumped out of a second story window and got away but it was determined he was being treated for injuries in the hospital. Charges against the pair are being worked out.
