A hearing is set for November 1st at Maring-Hunt Library regarding a Michigan non profit that wants to operate a public charter school serving grades 7 through 12 in Muncie. The Star Press reports the WAY Academy would target at-risk youth. The hearing into the matter was scheduled by the Indiana Charter School Board.
