$13,000 in crystal meth the take by Winchester police after they pulled over a car for a traffic offense. Inside the vehicle were two Muncie men, 37 year old Antony Kanazeh of the 6000 block of North Ind. 67 and 32 year old Joe Nanney Jr. of the 2400 block of South Walnut Street. The level 3 felonies they face could carry a sentence of up to 16 years in prison.
