A Muncie man has been accused of pointing a handgun at and threatening to kill his neighbor. The Star Press reports that 66-year-old Johnnie Lee Whigum has been charged with intimidation and pointing a firearm. He’s posted a 10-thousand dollar bond and has an initial hearing set for October 22nd.
