Work is progressing on a downtown Anderson Apartment building. First and second floor renovations on the historic Beverly Terrace Apartments should be completed by the end of the year. And work on the third floor and commercial space in the basement could be completed early in 2019. The building, at 11th Street and Central Avenue, sat vacant for eight years before being purchased by a developer last year.
