Muncie police say she was supposed to be watching four kids, but instead, the intoxicated woman went outside and fought a 14-year-old girl. 39-year-old Angela Christine Gerber is charged with neglect of a dependent and battery resulting in bodily injury. Police say they were sent to her neighborhood earlier that night on the report of a fight when they first encountered her.
