The Indiana Supreme Court will be at Anderson University on Wednesday to hear oral arguments in Marcus Zanders v. State of Indiana, a criminal search and seizure case. This 40-minute argument, free and open to the public, will take place at 10 a.m. in Reardon Auditorium. Sometimes, the Indianapolis-based court ‘schedules arguments in other areas of the state’ to allow students, press and the public to see it at work. About 650 students from nearby schools in Madison and Delaware counties are expected to attend.
