It has been nearly 10 years, but now we know who killed Michael Patterson. 52-year-old Dana Ray Zirkel, formerly of Daleville, has admitted to the 2008 killing of 49-year-old Michael Patterson, who interrupted a break-in at his Henry County home. Zirkle pleaded guilty to murder during a brief hearing.
