A Muncie man is accused of beating up a woman and then forcing her into a sex act. 47 year old Nicholas Rodriguez was cuffed Wednesday night and charged with rape and battery and with interfering ther reporting of a crime. The alleged victim says one night late last week, Rodriguez punched her numerous times, broke her phone and demanded sex.
