The girlfriend of a Muncie man already charged with placing a bomb outside the home of his ex, is now charged with trying to hire someone to kill the same woman. 49 year old Tamara Olis is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. She is accused of offering a hitman $1,000 to take out 32 year old Margie Wolford. The hit man was actually a sheriff’s deputy and Olis was arrested.
